Returns / Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are not accepted. Please ensure your order is correct before processing payment. BE SURE TO READ DESCRIPTIONS. Should I make an exception and accept a return, you will incur a 25% restocking fee.

If there is an error with your order, please contact me immediately and return to me within 3 business days of receipt.  Items MUST be in same unused condition in original packaging.

Lost Packages

I am not responsible for lost packages, this includes packages that show "delivered" by the USPS but have not been received. In this case you will have to follow up with your local post office to resolve issue.

Damages
I am not responsible for orders that are damaged during shipment. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me immediately and return to me within 3 business days of receipt. Items MUST be in same unused condition in original packaging.
